An user named Rey Rhalil ([email protected]) made several attemps to connect to my hotmail account from different locations (Thailand, China, Egypt and finally he succeeded from «Vietnam"). He left a threatening message about a so-called compromising sexual video of me which he would give to my contacts if I wouldn't pay him 2,000 dollars in bitcoins at the address bc1qjgkd3caggjw2mgpwz2rg08mq5kx8p7k6r4qanp and he changed the password to my account. As I don't have any webcams on my pc and old phone, I wasn't worried... until I had troubles the days after entering passwords on important sites like my IP provider account... And guess what, he changed the password there too (Which I thanksfully managed to undo). So I’m now pretty sure that by reading Rey Rhalil’s mail (which at first was impossible to read : square characters and then, normal text), he transferred a bad thing on my phone and then computer when I used it to recover my hotmail account.
